Non-accidental trauma remains a leading cause of traumatic death in infants and young children. Collaboration between clinicians and radiologists is essential for identifying children with abusive injuries. In this module we focus on the radiologic evaluation of children with suspected non-accident trauma. This trauma internal education module focuses on coagulopathy, massive transfusion, and the use of TXA in injured pediatric patients. Our critical care liaison, Dr. Erik Mikkelsen has selected the following articles for this module. Please review the articles and answer the corresponding questions to complete the module.
