Sarah Ciavarri, M.Div, PCC, BCC, CDTLF, CDWF-C
Sarah Ciavarri is the founder and president of Level Up Leadership, LLC, a coaching, leadership consulting, and curriculum design firm. As a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, with over 1,400 executive coaching hours, she is a sought-after keynote speaker on resilience, burnout prevention, and crafting a life you love in leadership. Fun fact, she sang the National Anthem at a Twins game!
Dr. Yohuru Williams, PhD, MA, BS
Dr. Yohuru Williams is a Professor and the Founding Director of the Racial Justice Initiative at the University of St. Thomas. A noted scholar of the civil rights and black power movements, an education activist and frequent national commentator, he is an important voice on the topics of race and social justice. Dr. Williams is the author, co-author, and editor of eleven books and he has appeared on a variety of local and national television and radio programs, including the History Channel, CNN, Fox Business News, NRP, BET, and ABC.
Patricia Vitale, LICSW, MSW, BSW, MBA Certificate
System Director of Mental Health at Children's Minnesota. Proven leader with expertise in all facets of leadership training and professional development, strategy and performance improvement. Pat is a certified master hypnotherapist and has her own private practice called Vitale Training, Coaching and Consulting in which she designs, delivers and leads a broad range of leadership, coaching, systems and organizational development, management, and motivational skills programs.

If you need to cancel your enrollment, email childrens.events@events.childrensmn.org. Please keep in mind the following dates for refunds/cancellation fees:
- Cancel by 4/15/25 to receive a full refund
- If you cancel 4/16/25-4/30/25, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged
- If you cancel 5/1/25 or later, no refund will be granted
- If you are not in attendance at the conference, you will be charged the full registration fee
