This course will develop learners' competence in debriefing through having learners practice debriefing techniques, in various scenarios, with instructor feedback and coaching. Learners will leave with the ability to conduct a debrief in different types of simulations with varying levels of learners.

Target Audience

Children's Minnesota staff to include: Clinical Educators, Clinical Education Specialists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Patient safety and Health Equity Coaches, and others interested in learning simulation-based debriefing skills.
