Purpose
The purpose of the intent to apply process is to collect proposals for educational activities that may seek joint accreditation (AMA PRA Category 1, ANCC, ACPE credits or a combination of these) to provide an opportunity to prepare in advance, both for our team and the departments we support. We invite all departments/persons planning education to submit the intent to apply. Please note that the submission of the intent to apply does not necessarily mean your activity will be approved by the IPCE (Interprofessional Continuing Education) team to move forward in the accreditation process.
Instructions
You will need to have the outline of your activity planned prior to submitting the intent to apply. Please navigate through the list of questions below. YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH ACTIVITY; Series programs fill out one form for the full series; we do not need a separate form for each date. If you are seeking AMA, ANCC, and/or ACPE credits for your activity, these activities will be managed and maintained in the continuing education learning portal.
Deadlines
To guarantee consideration, please apply early. We are now accepting submissions for 2025. Deadlines for submissions are OCTOBER 15, 2024 for series programs and NOVEMBER 1, 2024 for single activities/courses or conferences/symposiums/workshops.

Please indicate if you will be seeking AV/IT resources for your event, such as Zoom or TEAMS link, on-site assistance, etc. You will need to submit a separate request for these resources. Our teams do not provide IT/AV assistance.
