Children's Minnesota hosts this 1.5-hour acute care multidisciplinary simulation - skills stations.

Target Audience
Children's Minnesota nurses, respiratory therapists and hospitalists.
Learning Objectives
- Practice respiratory resuscitation including BVM, intubation, RSI meds.
- Practice cardiac resuscitation including CPR, epi dosing/delivery, defibrillation, and cardiac PALS scenarios.
- Practice procedural skills including IO placement and lumbar puncture.
1.5 hour session to practice skills of resuscitation including respiratory, cardiac, and procedural skills.

Children's Minnesota designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 ANCC nursing contact hour. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This program offers 1.5 contact hours of continuing education. Most medical professional organizations accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. It is the individual’s responsibility to determine whether an education activity meets the continuing education requirements of their respective licensures and/or professional boards. Go to your respective organization’s website for more detailed information regarding credit requirements.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn up to 1.5 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics' (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit.
Maintenance of Certification Part II Reporting Information: As long as participant meets requirements for MOC, their information will be shared with the American Board of Pediatrics via ACCME's JAPARS database for reporting.
