The Change Management Practitioner Program creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change. At the end of this three-day experience, participants will be able to: Define change management Explain the value of change management Apply the Prosci ADKAR Model to facilitate individual change Apply the Prosci 3-Phase Process for organizational change Activate roles that contribute to change success Formulate the foundation of a Change Management Plan to address a unique project.
Target Audience
Project Managers, continuous improvement experts, IT professionals, human resource professionals, change leaders, project team members, physicians, advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

The program will take place at the Children's Business Campus, CBC3 Learning 1&2. This room is located on the 3rd floor of the Children's Business Center (CBC) (main entrance level).
- Park in the employee ramp and enter through the employee entrance. If you do not have badge access, please use the phone located in the lobby and call security to let you in.
- After entering, take the stairway up to the main level. Once at the top of the stairs, follow the signage to Learning 1&2.
- PLEASE prepare to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time as we will promptly start the session at 8:00 a.m.
