GENERAL CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Administrative fees, cancellation guidelines, and refund time frames may vary slightly by activity, and it is the responsibility of the participant to review the cancellation and refund requirements listed for the activity they are attending.

If no other specific requirements are listed on the activity registration page, the following cancellation and refund guidelines apply:

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, written notice must be sent to childrens.events@events.childrensmn.org a minimum of 14 days before the activity start date to receive a refund. If written notice is received in this time frame, the participant will receive a refund (less any administrative fees as stated on the activity registration site) issued in the same form of payment remitted. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the activity start date.

If you are a Children's MNA RN using education dollars to pay for an activity and need to cancel, the cancellation terms from the MNA contract will be followed.
