Declining immunization rates pose a significant challenge for many clinics and health care providers. The trends are widening the already difficult disparity gaps. This learning session will provide concrete recommendations and steps clinics and providers can take to improve immunization rates and reduce disparities that have been successful in other settings in Minnesota.
