L012225 Crucial Conversations January 22-23, 2025
This 2-day course delivers all the necessary tools for stepping up to and holding conversations that occur when stakes are high, opinions differ and emotions run strong.
This is a 2-day in-person course! Please note that once you sign up for a course date you should block off the full two-day period for the course.
A week prior to the start of class, registered participants will receive an email detailing required pre-work along with logistic information.
Prior to enrolling, the employee must discuss this opportunity with their leader and obtain approval to attend.
The organization has set aside funds to cover the enrollment fee for participants in 2025 so there is no fee charged to an employee’s department for attendance. Employees must discuss with their leader how to record their time while attending the course.
