L042325 InsideOut Coaching VIRTUAL - April 23, 2025
This course will be held virtually via TEAMS from 8:30 - 4:00 pm.
This course turns leaders into great coaches and provides tools that are simple enough to use immediately but strong enough to last. It will provide a way to assess coaching levels and how to improve them. The goal of this course is to improve the coaching of leadership and offer other avenues of thinking when it comes to coaching.
Pre-work: A week before the course date you will receive an email detailing the pre-work for the course: a coaching self evaluation and downloading the Participant Guide. Please note that this pre-work MUST be completed before the start date of the course. Pre-work should take 10 minutes in total to complete.
