L052226: Prosci®: Taking Charge of Change May 22, 2026 PM Session
In this program learners will be building a foundation for change management, including understanding the people side of change, which they can apply to our organization change initiatives. We are thrilled to have you join us in this transformative journey. This course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and influence change within our organization effectively.

This helps your leader understand what work commitments may be preventing your participation in professional development and allows them to support you in removing any obstacles to attend. The program will take place at the Children's Business Campus, CBC3 Picnic. This room is located on the 3rd floor of the Children's Business Center (CBC) (main entrance level) in the back area of the Canteen.
- Park in the employee ramp and enter through the employee entrance. If you do not have badge access, please use the phone located in the lobby and call security to let you in.
- After entering, take the stairway up to the main level. Once at the top of the stairs, follow the signage to Picnic.
- PLEASE prepare to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time as we will promptly start the session at 12:30 p.m.

Children's Minnesota designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.5 ANCC nursing contact hour. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
PHARMACY
Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs will have their attendance reported in the CPE Monitor for ACPE credits provided they have entered their NABP-ePID and birth month and day where indicated when setting up their profile.
This program offers 3.5 contact hours of continuing education. Most medical professional organizations accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. It is the individual’s responsibility to determine whether an education activity meets the continuing education requirements of their respective licensures and/or professional boards. Go to your respective organization’s website for more detailed information regarding credit requirements.
