This Emotional Intelligence activity is centered around changing our emotions in difficult conversations. The goal of this class is to help reframe our emotions to lead to positive outcomes by practicing techniques and scenarios that are highly emotional and when stakes are high.

Children's Minnesota charge nurses.

- Provide real world examples to practice having better conversations that should give confidence back to Charge Nurses
- Provide tools that can be used to keep conversations focused through activities that relate back to real world scenarios
