This training will integrate the use of the virtual care cart into a patient care situation.
Target Audience
Advanced practice nurses, pharmacists, physicians, nurses, EMTs, CSAs, and MAs.
Learning Objectives
- Collaborate as a team with Children's Virtual care staff to practice relevant patient care scenarios
- Formulate a plan for integration of the virtual care cart into the patient care environment
Session Agenda (1.5 hours)
30 mins: Simulation Scenario 1 ELBW scenario and debrief
30 mins: Simulation Scenario 2 Shoulder Dystocia scenario and debrief
30 mins: Simulation Scenario 3 Late pre-term delivery and debrief
