The ERG Leadership Summit 2025 serves as a dynamic forum for exploring the vital role of employee resource groups in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and innovative workplace culture. The event is dedicated to: 

Empowering ERG Leaders: Offering practical tools, resources, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness and impact of ERGs. 

Promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Facilitating discussions on best practices for creating inclusive environments that respect and celebrate diverse perspectives. 

Sharing Knowledge and Insights: Providing a platform for ERG leaders to exchange ideas, experiences, and success stories that drive positive organizational change. 

Strategizing and Planning: Creating opportunities for both outgoing and newly elected ERG leaders to come together in a dedicated time of visioning, strategizing and planning for the future of their respective ERGs. 

Target Audience

Children's Minnesota ERG leaders consisting of Clinical/Patient Care staff, Leadership & Management staff, Operations & Support staff, and Equity, Education & Development staff.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify best practices for high-impact ERG performance based on foundational change concepts and organizational research
  • Explain the vital link between the hospital's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), employee engagement, and the strategic role of ERG's in organizational connection
  • Communicate the ERG's finalized strategic plan clearly and confidently to both members and organizational stakeholders
  • Propose actionable solutions and next steps for both overcoming identified barriers to commitment and ensuring leadership continuity

Parking: 

  • Employees should utilize the parking ramp at the bottom of the hill when they arrive. Parking up top is reserved for visitors but often fills up fast on certain days. We try to keep that area open for visiting Foundation donors and committee meeting attendees or visitors/employees needing special accommodation due to physical limitations or injury.
  • Enter through the lower level EMPLOYEE entrance across from the parking ramp.

Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs will have their attendance reported in the CPE Monitor for ACPE credits provided they have entered their NABP-ePID and birth month and day where indicated when setting up their profile.
