L2024 Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change
Prosci's Leading Your Team Through Change Program creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change. Managers will learn how to prepare themselves for change, through a series of activities; and they will learn how to lead their team through change by embodying each of the CLARC (Communicator, Liaison, Advocate, Resistance Manager, and Coach) roles. Each CLARC role impacts one or more elements in the ADKAR model helping to move impacted employees from a current state, through a transition state, into the desired future state and realizing project and organizational benefits.
Click on the REGISTER tab to select your date. Workshops are limited to 12 participants each with a 2-person waitlist. You are only permitted to select 1 date when you register. If you need to cancel or change your date, please email education@childrensmn.org
