L2025 InsideOut Coaching In-Person
This course turns leaders into great coaches and provides tools that are simple enough to use immediately but strong enough to last. It will provide a way to assess coaching levels and how to improve them. The goal of this course is to improve the coaching of leadership and offer other avenues of thinking when it comes to coaching.
This course will be held in-person from 8:30 - 4:00 pm at the CBC.

Target Audience
This course is designed for Children's Minnesota all patient care leaders and non-patient care leaders.
Learning Objectives
- Explain the role coaching serves in achieving business results and unlocking potential
- Discover and practice how to have focused conversations with team members on significant priorities to achieve breakthroughs and alignment, even around the “tough” topics
- Guide others to make correct decisions and act with accountability and buy-in to match
- Create an embedded coaching routine for Check-In’s and Feedback

The program will take place at the Children's Business Campus, room will be identified in the specific date that you choose.
- Park in the employee ramp and enter through the employee entrance. If you do not have badge access, please use the phone located in the lobby and call security to let you in.
- After entering, take the stairway up to the main level. Once at the top of the stairs, follow the signage to the room
- PLEASE prepare to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time as we will promptly start the session at 8:30 a.m.

Children's Minnesota designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.75 ANCC nursing contact hour. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Pharmacists will have their attendance reported in the CPE Monitor for ACPE credits provided they have entered their NABP-ePID and birth month and day where indicated when setting up their profile.
This program offers 5.75 contact hours of continuing education. Most medical professional organizations accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. It is the individual’s responsibility to determine whether an education activity meets the continuing education requirements of their respective licensures and/or professional boards. Go to your respective organization’s website for more detailed information regarding credit requirements.
