This conference creates an avenue for Children’s Minnesota Researchers to share and exchange their research outcomes and ideas with the hospital and community. The panel discussion sessions as well as the poster presentations will give attendees the opportunity to stay at the forefront of the newest advances in pediatric medicine and their implications for patient care. This conference also will expose researchers and non-researchers to what is happening in the Children's Minnesota Research Institute.

- Discuss the importance of patients being in a clinical trial and how it has improved their own health outcomes
- Identify ways to accelerate nursing research at Children's Minnesota to improve health outcomes
- Examine how to create a research culture at Children's Minnesota by reviewing the role of DEI, cross-departmental collaboration and opportunities for investments in tools, space and personnel to advance research.
