L091126 VIRTUAL Peer Support Salon Facilitator Training - September 11, 2026

May 29, 2026

Peer Support Salons are a proactive approach to enhancing the culture of safety at Children’s Minnesota by joining together in reflective practice. Peer Support Salons are structured gatherings where each participant forms and informs the conversation, where all team members can connect and share experiences.

In this training session, learners will gain facilitation skills to offer Peer Support Salons to colleagues.

Class cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration within 7 days of the course date, we ask that you inform your leader directly and copy them on your cancellation message. This helps your leader understand what work commitments may be preventing your participation in professional development and allows them to support you in removing any obstacles to attend.  In the event of inclement weather, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide additional training options, if necessary.
