- Identify the evidence for potential fading of clinical skills in senior physicians, especially in high acuity, procedurally demanding roles
- Outline an approach to making satisfactory - and rewarding! - changes in late career that maintain patient safety and optimize utilization of a lifetime of clinical and academic experience
