Meet us at the museum! Mounting research on the art of observation invites us to leverage simple visual exercises with artworks to refine how we see—from canvas to bedside. This activated gallery experience offers a low-stakes environment to practice open communication before applying it to high-stakes patient care. When diverse, multidisciplinary teams examine the same artwork, individual lenses surface—illuminating personal biases and broadening collective perspective. Walk away with practical muscle memory to cultivate slow looking, invite curious dialogue, foster psychological safety, and elevate your team’s culture of learning and safety.
