Support the Supporter Gathering are structured gatherings where multi-disciplinary caregivers engage in a facilitated conversation to exchange perspectives and ideas about practice based on their experiences. The Support the Supporter Gathering provides time to connect outside the busy healthcare environment allowing participants to support one another by sharing experiences and relate to one another through shared experiences.
Target Audience
This activity is open to all employees at Children's Minnesota.
