Peer Support Salon Experiences are structured gatherings where multi-disciplinary caregivers engage in a facilitated conversation to exchange perspectives and ideas about practice based on their experiences. The goal of this salon is to offer a space in which meaningful conversations can be had that encourage human connection, mitigating feelings of burnout, and focusing on moments of joy

This activity is open to all employees at Children's Minnesota.
